NOVA DMV Nurses and Caregivers LLC is a nurse-owned and operated care company based in Broadlands, Virginia. We are led by Cynthia Getaneh, RN, MSN, AGACNP — a board-eligible Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with years of clinical experience in acute and community care settings across Northern Virginia.
We believe that everyone deserves dignified, compassionate, and professional care — whether at home, in the community, or through our day support programs. Our team brings the same clinical excellence you would find in a hospital setting directly to the people and families we serve.

DBHDS Day Support Services
NOVA DMV Nurses and Caregivers LLC is proud to offer Day Support services authorized under the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS). Our Day Support program provides structured, meaningful daily activities for individuals with developmental disabilities and intellectual disabilities.
Our Day Support services include:
- Community integration and participation in local activities
- Life skills development and independent living training
- Social skills building and peer interaction
- Structured daily programming in a supportive environment
- Transportation coordination to and from program activities

Cynthia Getaneh, RN, MSN, AGACNP (Board Eligible) founded NOVA DMV Nurses and Caregivers LLC with a simple mission: to bring hospital-quality nursing expertise into homes and communities across Northern Virginia.
With advanced training as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and years of hands-on clinical experience, Cynthia understands that great care is about more than just medical knowledge — it is about listening, compassion, and treating every client with the respect they deserve.
